For clients who have already booked or had there treatment.
Service Description
Review appointments aren’t automatically scheduled, so we kindly ask that you book your own check-up within the 14–21 day window. If you’re unable to find a slot online during that time, it likely means we’re either fully booked or not in clinic on the dates you’re searching. In this case, you may wish to reschedule your original treatment so both your treatment and review can happen within the ideal timeframe.
Cancellation Policy
Face operates on a 48 hour cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we are able to maximise our appointment availability for all of our clients. This ensures that we are able to offer a cancelled appointment time to a client who needs it. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation within 48 hours will result in your treatment being redeemed, or payment protection policy being applied, and your card will be charged.
